Located in Saint-Pé-Saint-Simon, this 80 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, heating in the living room and bedroom, and a baby cot. During your stay, seasonal local fruits and vegetables are offered. Outdoors, relax in your private garden or on the covered terrace—perfect for al fresco dining with your own barbecue. Take advantage of the round above-ground pool, reserved exclusively for the cottage and accessible year-round. Two shared parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please leave the cottage clean; a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are provided.
